Our aim is to diagnose and repair your notebook or netbook in 3 to 5 working days. However the availability of parts and critical diagnosis may delay the repair process.
We prefer for Authorized service center.
Because Authorized Service Centre's are paid by the company, customers don't have to pay for their problem.
COMPetc is open on Monday through Saturday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm excluding public holidays. We currently don’t operate on Sundays.

Yes. We will assist in getting the laptop repaired from the respective service center.
You need to bring the laptop to our workshop, within 24hrs we will give you the estimate and time line for repair, after approval we will repair and return as per the time and date fixed. Our minimum diagnosis charges are Rs. 400 (With pick n drop service).
